I. Project Overview
The Bedsole Project is an interesting example of how you don’t have to hire a remodeler to do everything in a remodel, but only the parts you specifically want!
This project only consisted of interior framing alterations, basement plumbing, and drywall installation!
II. Project Timeline
The Bedsole project ran from early March to early April of 2025. Constant communication and oversight through our project software, Buildertrend, allows all of our clients to be completely aware of all aspects of design and construction from start to finish!

III. Design-Build-Remodel
Reliable began this project as we begin most of our projects: by laying down some Trimaco X-Board and getting down to demolition!
Trimaco X-Board, and other brands of protective floor mats, prevents any of our demolition from hurting the flooring of the home while we’re remodeling!
Main level framing alterations were the order of the day, as Reliable was specifically hired to only do framing alterations to the inside of the home!
Reliable set about knocking down the walls near the front door to open the space up for a more open concept look!
The work we did in the basement was slightly more complex, as we indeed started and finished framing alterations for the basement space, but we also had to install plumbing water lines, as a result of altering the interior structure where they originally were!
Any remodeler worth their salt will do this if they’re tearing down walls: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, all of these things need to be redirected if invasive interior reframing occurs.
Finally, we drywalled up the exposed internal framing of the home after we finished.
The interior of the Bedsole home is now far more open and accessible than ever before, and it all went off without a hitch!
IV. Conclusion of the Bedsole Project
The Bedsole project is a prime example of how sometimes a homeowner doesn’t need a full Design-Build-Remodel process for their entire project, but only for a select portion of it!
