We just finished an extensive addition to our home and we can’t say enough good things about James Walton and his crew with Reliable Remodeling! James communicated with us almost daily through the whole process. He was very responsive to our emails and texts and explained everything we had questions about. He was clear and upfront with his initial bid and with our subsequent change orders. All of the workers he sent our way were great! They have all worked together for many, many years and they did a fantastic job. Even so, James came behind each one with a more critical eye than mine to make sure every detail was correct. I would highly recommend Reliable Remodeling and look forward to working with them on our next project!

We had a load bearing wall that I wanted removed. James recommended a recessed beam so we didn’t have to have a header beam between the two rooms. It opened our vintage 1978 home up. There were some unexpected issues during the remodel but James was very professional and he has a good construction program for schedule and communication. I especially appreciated his plumber. We would work with him again.
