James and his team of contractors and designers came into our home and designed us a bathroom you would see on HGTV. We had a horrible experience with different local company that unfortunately I can't disclose their name due to us having to sue them to get our money back that was paid to them. We just finished an extensive addition to our home and we can’t say enough good things about James Walton and his crew with Reliable Remodeling! James communicated with us almost daily through the whole process. He was very responsive to our emails and texts and explained everything we had questions about. He was clear and upfront with his initial bid and with our subsequent change orders. All of the workers he sent our way were great! They have all worked together for many, many years and they did a fantastic job. Even so, James came behind each one with a more critical eye than mine to make sure every detail was correct.
