Reliable installed a brand new shower, cabinetry, and did a ton of other prep for drywall and painting!
II. Project Timeline
Mrs. Monti’s project ran from July to November of 2023, which is the typical timeframe for one of our projects. Constant communication and oversight through our project software, Buildertrend, allows all of our clients to be completely aware of all aspects of design and construction from start to finish!

III. Design-Build-Remodel
Reliable starts every project by installing floor protection for the homes we’ll be working in. Our favorite floor protection is Trimaco X-Board, which has leak resistant protection to prevent any kind of damage from hurting our client’s homes!
For this Whole House Remodel in the Centilly Forest subdivision of Vestavia Hills, according to our design sheets, excavation through the concrete slab had to begin first! We could now move the shower and commode to their new respective locations in the master bathroom and drains for the new laundry closet.
Reliable began the underground plumbing rough for this Whole House Remodel in the Centilly Forest subdivision of Vestavia Hills, AL! For this house in the Centilly Forest subdivision of Vestavia Hills, AL, the plumbing underground inspection passed today from the building officials for this Whole House Remodel! This will involve moving all the master bathroom and laundry fixtures for a new design!
We then began gravel and concrete installation to fill in the trenches where the new underground drains are located.
Reliable Design-Build-Remodel then installed this fixed vinyl window, with waterproofing, for the stud framed opening inside the master shower! By all metrics this Whole House Remodel in Vestavia Hills, AL was on track and going great!
Insulation inspection passed for the building rough, and this Hall Bath/Master Bathroom remodel, as part of the Whole House Remodel, was going according to plan.
We started the drywall hanging and finishing for this Whole House Remodel, and we also installed brand new cabinetry for this Master Bathroom! Quartz countertops complement this Master Bath cabinetry exquisitely!
Master shower tile prep ramped up afterwards, and the Tile was completed by end of the next week!

Hardwood flooring installation for this Whole House Remodel in Vestavia Hills meant we were nearing the end of the job. Painting, electrical, and plumbing trim came next. We knew this owner was excited to finally move back into her house since the house flooded back in December of 2022!
IV. Conclusion of the Monti Project
Mrs. Monti’s project demonstrates how a lot of the time during these kinds of projects, we can run a lot of the prep work around the same time we’re installing some of the final touches!
