I. Project Overview
Henry Finney’s Centerpoint, AL Interior Renovations project is probably one of, if not the, shortest remodeling jobs we’ve ever done!
This project was a simple wall removal to open up the living room!
II. Project Timeline
Mr. Finney’s project started and ended in September of 2023, but we estimated for his project back in June. Constant communication and oversight through our project software, Buildertrend, allows all of our clients to be completely aware of all aspects of design and construction from start to finish!

III. Design-Build-Remodel
For a project that was essentially entirely demolition, the most important thing we did was to carefully lay down as much protective sheeting as possible! Reliable starts every project by installing floor protection for the homes we’ll be working in. Our favorite floor protection is Trimaco X-Board, which has leak resistant protection to prevent any kind of damage from hurting our client’s homes!
After the protective sheeting was up and in-place, Reliable and our expert interior renovations crew determined that the wall could indeed be knocked down wholesale, as it wasn’t a load-bearing wall.

IV. Conclusion of the Finney Project
Mr. Finney’s Centerpoint, AL interior renovations project was simple, quick, clean, and efficient! And much like his project, the five-star review Mr. Finney left was brief and powerful as well!
