Our collaboration begins with your very first onboarding call. Together with your client questionnaire, it will be the foundation of our relationship. We will listen carefully and help you define your core goals.

Completing this questionnaire is essential before our first onboarding call to help guide us through our first conversation. The answers you provide will give us a great insight and serve as the preliminary foundation of our working relationship. We believe the best way to understand what you want and what you expect from a home remodeling design & build firm is to ask and define your core project goals.

In developing your project, we ask all clients to forward pictures of their home and the space(s) to be remodeled. We will provide “Bracketing Costs” for other similar jobs to help you compare and create true value. In this manner we, since 1992, have helped over 2,000 clients achieve their goals while staying in budget. Within three business days of your first contact with us we will answer any potential budgeting questions.

By now, you have received a ballpark bracket cost estimate based on your questionnaire, our onboarding call, your submitted pictures, and our 30+ years of experience. However, a decision cannot be made without answering a few final questions: Have we done a great job of communicating and understanding your goals? Do our estimates make sense to you? Are we inside your expected budget range? These are the things we consider when drafting up our Scope of Work for your project.

We ask our clients to understand that this step takes considerable time, energy and resources; with an consultation fee, we offer selective on-site appointments for our clients. Please give us approximately three hours and we will generate floor plan drawings if needed, exterior elevation drawings if needed, and further discuss your project to delineate design selection allowances to create a detailed Scope of Work that is in line with your project vision.

Our Scopes of Work are compiled through transparent cost code accounting, “progressive incrementation”, architectural drawings, interior design, material and labor costs, and are developed with easy to understand descriptions. Reliable guarantees that you will feel confident that your project is starting off on the right foot, with easy to understand descriptions and costs based on reality-not just vague estimates. Upon your acceptance, we will apply the consultation fee as part of your initial deposit.
