For this Exterior Renovations project, Reliable tackled window installation, brick painting, and creation of a gable roofed deck addition!
II. Project Timeline
Mr. Bennett’s project ran from March to June of 2023, which is the typical timeframe for one of our projects. Constant communication and oversight through our project software, Buildertrend, allows all of our clients to be completely aware of all aspects of design and construction from start to finish!

III. Design-Build-Remodel
Reliable began Mr. Bennett’s project by installing Wincore© windows all over the house, as well as taking a look at the siding of the house in preparation for the exterior painting that would be coming next.
The meat and potatoes of this project was the construction of a new deck addition, with a gable roof, for the Bennett family home!
Reliable, as the premier deck builders in Helena, AL, set up the basic frame for the new deck, and also took a look at parts of the house’s siding that would need to be replaced before we began painting!
We finished up the exterior paint job for the entire home. For the brick painting portion, Sherwin Williams® LOXON XP™ waterproof masonry paint was used for a stunning high-end look!
We also found this really funny picture of the Bennett family cat. Cats legitimately do not care about anything, including power tools apparently!
Reliable then began installing the beginnings of the roof system for his new deck, and began adding the plywood floor decking as well!
As we installed the roof planks and gable end trim, we started finally seeing what the final product would end up as!
6″ seamless aluminum gutters and a new paintjob, Sherwin Williams® Bungalow Beige, finished this project with time to spare!
